Outpace Cancer is a 10K/5K Race & 1-Mile Walk in Oklahoma City, hosted by OU Health Stephenson Cancer Center, to raise money for cancer research and to provide support for cancer patients and their families. The 2023 event will take place on Saturday, April 1st, 2023 at OU Health Stephenson Cancer Center.
The Outpace Cancer Race is a family-friendly event to help create community and support for the people fighting cancer and their families.
After the race, enjoy the best post-race party in town featuring local food trucks, bounce houses, face painting for the kids, and a live DJ!
There is also a virtual option to participate in the 10K, 5K or 1-Mile Walk wherever you'd like on the same day as the physical race! All virtual runners can upload your time following your run to the registration website to be included on the leaderboard (note: you must attend packet pick-up to receive your race items, no packets will be shipped).

The Union Hospital Run for Home is a two-day festival of running and walking events April 9 and 10 in New Philadelphia/Dover, Ohio. Events include a half-marathon, three person team relay, 10K, 5K, 1 mile fun run/walk, and kids' run. Everyone who completes the 10K and half-marathon is entered in the Run for Home Challenge and will compete for extra awards and receive a light weight hoodie.
