Get ready to challenge yourself like never before at one of America's largest single-day road races: The Tour of the Battenkill! That's right, the annual "Queen of the Classics" returns to upstate New York on May 7, 2022, for an incredibly fun, all-inclusive, single-day cycling race and party. Though our name and superlatives are super cool, we earn them via our course and after party. Our event offers some of the best gravel riding in the country that takes you across covered bridges, scenic views, and over 5,000 feet of elevation gain. It's a spirited test of grit that will be celebrated in style with our rockin' after-party with a free beer garden (if 21+), live music, and food.
Though our Gran Fondo is our legendary distance, you now have three events to choose from: The legendary 75-mile Gran Fondo, a 42-mile Medio Fondo, and the 26-mile Piccolo Fondo. All are welcome to pick their distance, reserve their spot, and join the exclusive club of riders who can say they've ridden The Tour of the Battenkill.

Come swim and help us "never leave a man behind". The Annapolis Trident Swim is a 5k open water swim and fundraiser that supports the Navy SEAL Foundation (NSF), a 501(c)(3) with a coveted four star rating by Charity Navigator. 100% of net proceeds go directly to support the mission of the NSF. While $2000 is the ideal fundraising goal per swimmer, the majority of swimmers raise over that amount, many raise much more. If you continue on with registration, we ask that you bring that same effort of fundraising commitment as you could be taking the slot of a swimmer who has every intention of meeting or vastly exceeding that goal. If you're registering just to set a PR or check off a bucket list item, this may not be the swim for you. Please remember, THIS IS MORE THAN JUST A SWIM. Rugged Maniac is like recess for grown-ups, except our playground has a 3-story water slide, trampolines, and a fire jump, and there's a huge festival right in the middle of everything with a DJ and plenty of beer! Sounds amazing, right?! Here's how it works:
THE FESTIVAL
The 5,000-person party starts at 8:30 a.m. with a DJ on the main stage, booths giving away free stuff, all kinds of interactive games (mechanical bulls, dance-offs, stein-hoisting, pie-eating…), and tasty food and beer to keep you fueled all day. The best part? The games are completely FREE, no ticket required, so even your least adventurous friends can join the party!
THE PLAYGROUND
But the real fun happens out on the playground — our 3-mile course packed with 20+ epic obstacles designed to both challenge and thrill Maniacs of all fitness levels, from couch potatoes to marathoners. The course opens at 9 a.m. but you'll select a specific time to run when you buy your tickets. If you're a late sleeper, that means you can wake up at noon, run at 1:45 p.m., and then party the rest of the day! Or if you're the competitive type, join the 9 a.m. "Elite Heat" to race other speedsters for a chance to be crowned the winner!
Each time slot is limited to just 200 Maniacs each, so grab your friends and reserve your spot before it sells out!
