The Big House 5K: Trail to the Victors is an exciting run/walk that courses through the University of Michigan campus before participants finish the race on the 50-yard line of Michigan Stadium. We are proud to host this event to raise awareness for six local, non-profit organizations. All race proceeds are split among the six beneficiaries. We partner with colleagues on campus and look to our Athletic Department service pillars to select beneficiaries whose work addresses immediate needs in our community.

This year, lumberjack runners will have the chance to compete in a two-man saw competition, dive into a pile of pancakes covered in pure Michigan maple syrup and show off their unique lumberjack style in our best-dressed competition! A free archery lesson will be given to the top-dressed lumberjacks – be sure to dress to impress with all your flannel and lumberjack swag.
