Dogwood is part of the Bass Pro Shops Fitness Series, events that seek to help people be active in the great outdoors while supporting local charities.
The Dogwood Canyon Trail runs are some of the most beautiful and challenging trail runs in the United States. Set in over 10,000 acres of Dogwood Canyon Nature Park, part of the Dogwood Canyon Foundation, each trail run distance will find runners climbing hills, traversing streams and scrambling around rocks while enjoying the incredible views.
Distances Include: 15K, 25K, 50K
Tackle the North Face Dogwood Challenge, running either the 25K or 50K on Saturday AND the 15K on Sunday. You must register for the Challenge category in the distance of your choice to be part of this event.
Become part of the Health Center Back2Back Challenge and run Marathon Weekend (November 5th) and Dogwood Canyon!
25K and 50K Race start time: 7:30 AM, Saturday, November 11th
15K Race start time: 7:30 AM, Sunday, Sunday, November 12th
The Dogwood Trail Runs are unique and special. Once you run these events, you will want to come back year after year!

The Bass Pro Shops Fitness Series Marathon Weekend, November 3-5, offers great races, fast courses and just the right amount of challenge. Our Expo will showcase over 50 Vendors. The Bass Pro Conservation Marathon, a Boston qualifier, is an excellent race for marathon veterans or first-time competitors looking for a great course and first class amenities. Runners and walkers from Missouri and the around the world will participate in the Bass Pro Conservation Marathon Weekend. The Cohick Half-Marathon is flat, fast and well supported. Both the full and half marathoners will run past Mother's Brewery close to mile five; pit stops here are a must!
Conservation Marathon Relay runners will split the marathon distance into 10K, 5K, 10K, 5K and 12K legs. The relay exchange points are fun places for participants to wait for their leg of the race. The Conservation Marathon, Cohick Half-Marathon and Conservation Marathon Relay all start at 7 AM. The CMC 5K starts at 7:15 AM and takes place in the neighborhoods around Bass Pro Shops. The 5K has quite a few turns but is still a great course for a PR.
All races take place on Sunday, November 5th.

This weekend is daylight savings time so runners need to remember to set their clocks back an hour.
