Come swim and help us "never leave a man behind". The Annapolis Trident Swim is a 5k open water swim and fundraiser that supports the Navy SEAL Foundation (NSF), a 501(c)(3) with a coveted four star rating by Charity Navigator. 100% of net proceeds go directly to support the mission of the NSF. While $2000 is the ideal fundraising goal per swimmer, the majority of swimmers raise over that amount, many raise much more. If you continue on with registration, we ask that you bring that same effort of fundraising commitment as you could be taking the slot of a swimmer who has every intention of meeting or vastly exceeding that goal. If you're registering just to set a PR or check off a bucket list item, this may not be the swim for you. Please remember, THIS IS MORE THAN JUST A SWIM. This 40k or 30k event winds through exciting and varied terrain all in view of the beautiful Sawtooth Mountains. The fondo will begin and end at the Stanley High Country Inn. Check in and late registration will be at the High Country Inn @ 7:30 am on February 18th, 2023. Registering late will result in a higher registration fee. (Late fee begins on Jan 31, 2023) The fondo begins at 9am right in front of the Stanley High Country Inn.
The Stanley Fat Bike Fondo is a challenging ride due to the terrain and the snow/weather conditions. You will need to prepare for all weather conditions typical of Stanley. The Stanley High Country Inn will be open for brunch on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday,. Reservations are recommended.
