Due to COVID-19 and State of Michigan directives, we have converted the 2020 Angels' Place Race to a virtual run. All participants will receive their swag, and will be able to upload their times and print out the virtual finisher's certificate. Join us for the 2020 Angels’ Place Race 10K, 5K and 1 Mile Fun Run to help support Angels’ Place, a non-profit organization that provides people-centered services, including homes and professional support, for adults with developmental disabilities. Twenty residential homes are located in Oakland and Macomb County. The homes offer residents a family environment with an atmosphere of compassion, dignity, well-being and the potential for personal growth and acceptance.

This race is to benefit the Genesse County Free Medical Clinic. It is organized by the Genesee County Medical Society Alliance & Pi Delta Chapter of Sigma Theta Tau International Nursing Honor Society.
5K Run starts at 9:00AM, 5K Walk starts at 9:01AM. This is a USTAF Certified Course.
Blood pressure balance screens, BMI, lipid, glucose and massages available to all racers. We also have Theme Baskets Door Prizes - must be present to win.

2020 VIRTUAL SJ5K

The SJ5K is a benefit 5k run that started in 2011 when local student Jesse Lindlbauer experienced a life-altering brain injury. This is the tenth year of the Super Jess 5k, a student-led race in the Plymouth-Canton community. Since the first race, the SJ5K has raised over half a million dollars for 40 Plymouth-Canton families going through a medical crisis.
This year’s race will be helping five more families in our community and the 10th Annual SJ5K is going virtual! Pledge to run, walk, or bike the Virtual SJ5K anytime and anywhere between Sunday, May 3rd and Sunday, May 10th!
The cost is $25 for students and $30 for adults 18 and older, and a participant t-shirt will be included and mailed to your home with registration. Visit SJ5K.org to learn more about this year's families and how to share your virtual experience with the SJ5K community on all of our media platforms.

The Big House 5K: Trail to the Victors is an exciting run/walk that courses through the University of Michigan campus before participants finish the race on the 50-yard line of Michigan Stadium. We are proud to host this event to raise awareness for six local, non-profit organizations. All race proceeds are split among the six beneficiaries. We partner with colleagues on campus and look to our Athletic Department service pillars to select beneficiaries whose work addresses immediate needs in our community.
