Come swim across Tampa Bay and help us "never leave a man behind". The Tampa Bay Frogman Swim is a 3.5 mile open water swim (St Petersburg to Tampa) and fundraiser that supports the Navy SEAL Foundation (NSF), a 501(c)(3) with a coveted four star rating by Charity Navigator. 100% of net proceeds go directly to support the mission of the NSF. While $2000 is the ideal fundraising goal per swimmer, the majority of swimmers raise over that amount, many raise much more. If you continue on with registration, we ask that you bring that same effort of fundraising commitment as you could be taking the slot of a swimmer who has every intention of meeting or vastly exceeding that goal. If you're registering just to set a PR or check off a bucket list item, this may not be the swim for you. Please remember, THIS IS MORE THAN JUST A SWIM. Welcome to the expanded 2023 Cookie Classic Run!
Expanded? Yes, this year sees the return of the Tagalong 10K! And new this year is our INCLUDED registration insurance benefit to protect you against issues such as inclement weather.
Since 2015, the Cookie Classic Run has been an annual event supporting the Girl Scouts of the Colonial Coast. With timed 1 mile, 5K, and 10K races, runners of all abilities can join us in supporting the Girl Scouts of the Colonial Coast while preparing for their 2023 race season. And if that wasn't SWEET enough, the Cookie Classic Run is the ONLY race in Hampton Roads where you get Girl Scout cookies ON the course DURING the race!
Your registration fee includes:
• Race timing
• Finisher medal for 10K & 5K, finisher patch for 1 mile
• Race T-shirt
• Surprise finisher prize for 10K & 5K participants
• And, of course… GIRL SCOUT COOKIES!

Join us for our 10th annual Selfless Elf 5k on Saturday, December 17, 2022. This will be an exciting way to embrace the season and wrap up our Holiday Campaign. Dress in your favorite festive holiday-themed costumes or running gear, and run or walk the 3.1-mile course beginning and ending at the Akron-Canton Regional Foodbank. Due to the safety of our runners, this is a dog-free event.

The 26th Annual Santa Sprint & Stroll is right around the corner!
This merry 5k Run/ Walk will benefit the work of United Crescent Hill Ministries and an event that The Courier Journal once called "more festive than the run-of-the-mill 5k," with both serious runners and holiday merrymakers.
