This spring join the Statesman Cap10K on a new adventure that combines your interest in exploring new training routes with the love of a delicious cup o’ joe: Austin’s Coffee House 10K Sunrise Tour.
While live races are on hold for now, that’s no reason for our runners to slow down. Through this new training program, we’re inviting you to join us every two weeks to explore custom-designed 10K routes that start and finish at local coffee houses. Reconnect with friends and meet new ones. Join us at the start line of this satisfying new training opportunity.
We’re really excited to see thousands of you training for our annual 10K in this new way and staying connected with the Cap10K community for the long run.

Not only are we planning for an in-person, time-trial event, but also a virtual component. This way anyone can celebrate and run any where in the world! Run when you want between December 26 - January 3, post your results and photos, see how you did against the competition, and enjoy your swag! All runners will receive a finisher medal, performance long-sleeve 1/4 zip pullover, personalized bib, and branded buff. Goodbye 2020, Hello 2021!
Race packets/swag will be shipped directly to you after you register. For registrants registering after Dec. 15, 2020, best efforts will be made to have your packet arrive by NYE. Note that you will be able to upload your results and photos during the run period (Dec 26 - Jan 3) regardless if you have received your race packet.

This year's race is proud to support Direct Relief and their efforts in the fight against the COVID-19 pandemic. Direct Relief is working in overdrive to get protective gear and critical care medications to as many health workers as possible, as quickly as possible, with emergency deliveries leaving daily for medical facilities across the U.S.
Direct Relief is coordinating with public health authorities, nonprofit organizations and businesses in the U.S. and globally to provide personal protective equipment, essential medical items, and emergency funding to health workers and organizations responding to coronavirus (COVID-19).

We help youth up to age 21 who live with special needs or are disadvantaged in the United States achieve their potential by granting equipment, services, and experiences that they need to thrive. This includes wheelchairs, walkers, adaptive tricycles, special needs strollers, communication devices & apps, therapy, special needs camp, and more.
Your participation in our inclusive Variety Holiday Virtual Walk, Run, & Roll helps us fill the gap for kids within your own state whose needs cannot be met by household income, insurance, and government aid. Any time, anywhere from November 29 through December 5, complete a distance of your choice however you like to move - run in the park, roll on the sidewalk, bike in the gym, walk on a trail - make like Fleetwood Mac and go your own way. You'll receive a finisher certificate and can upload pictures to our community Photo Board.
