Come swim across Tampa Bay and help us "never leave a man behind". The Tampa Bay Frogman Swim is a 3.5 mile open water swim (St Petersburg to Tampa) and fundraiser that supports the Navy SEAL Foundation (NSF), a 501(c)(3) with a coveted four star rating by Charity Navigator. 100% of net proceeds go directly to support the mission of the NSF. While $2000 is the ideal fundraising goal per swimmer, the majority of swimmers raise over that amount, many raise much more. If you continue on with registration, we ask that you bring that same effort of fundraising commitment as you could be taking the slot of a swimmer who has every intention of meeting or vastly exceeding that goal. If you're registering just to set a PR or check off a bucket list item, this may not be the swim for you. Please remember, THIS IS MORE THAN JUST A SWIM. Expanded? Yes, this year sees the return of the Tagalong 10K! And new this year is our INCLUDED registration insurance benefit to protect you against issues such as inclement weather.
Since 2015, the Cookie Classic Run has been an annual event supporting the Girl Scouts of the Colonial Coast. With timed 1 mile, 5K, and 10K races, runners of all abilities can join us in supporting the Girl Scouts of the Colonial Coast while preparing for their 2023 race season. And if that wasn't SWEET enough, the Cookie Classic Run is the ONLY race in Hampton Roads where you get Girl Scout cookies ON the course DURING the race!
