Rugged Maniac is like recess for grown-ups, except our playground has a 3-story water slide, trampolines, and a fire jump, and there’s a huge festival right in the middle of everything with a DJ and plenty of beer! Sounds amazing, right?! Here’s how it works:
THE FESTIVAL
The 5,000-person party starts at 8:30 a.m. with a DJ on the main stage, booths giving away free stuff, all kinds of interactive games (mechanical bulls, dance-offs, stein-hoisting, pie-eating…), and tasty food and beer to keep you fueled all day. The best part? The games are completely FREE, no ticket required, so even your least adventurous friends can join the party!
THE PLAYGROUND
But the real fun happens out on the playground — our 3-mile course packed with 20+ epic obstacles designed to both challenge and thrill Maniacs of all fitness levels, from couch potatoes to marathoners. The course opens at 9 a.m. but you’ll select a specific time to run when you buy your tickets. If you’re a late sleeper, that means you can wake up at noon, run at 1:45 p.m., and then party the rest of the day! Or if you’re the competitive type, join the 9 a.m. “Elite Heat” to race other speedsters for a chance to be crowned the winner!
Each time slot is limited to just 200 Maniacs each, so grab your friends and reserve your spot before it sells out!

2021 Avery Brewing Co. St Patrick's Day Virtual Fun Run

Due to concern surrounding COVID-19, this years Avery Brewing Company St Patrick's Day race will be held virtually with all proceeds being donated to the Emergency Family Assistance Association (EFAA).
Since 1918, EFAA has been a locally operated community safety net for families in times of need. EFAA has helped tens of thousands of families get back on their feet by providing stabilizing services, innovative programs, and transformative advocacy to strengthen families and create a thriving community.
Saint Patrick's Day, or the Feast of Saint Patrick, is a cultural and religious celebration held on the 17th of March each year. The holiday has evolved into a world wide celebration of Irish culture with parades, special foods, music, dancing, drinking and a whole lot of green. So come and celebrate St Patrick’s Day with us virtually with a 5K.
“Twill” be a fine morning to celebrate, this side of the rainbow, so join your family and friends and dress up in your luckiest gear and join a sea of green here in Boulder.

Alpine Bank Boulder Thanksgiving Day 4M

Due to COVID-19, the "Alpine Bank" Thanksgiving Day fun run, will be moved to the Boulder Reservoir. The event will be capped at 175 participants, with 15 - 20 participants in every wave, going off every 5 minutes.
Waves will be set up from the fastest runners, to families that want to walk the event. The fun run will meet all CDC and Boulder County Health guidelines. Please note, spots are limited and we are sorry that we will not be able to accommodate everyone.
For those that don’t feel comfortable with our proposed safety guidelines, we are offering a virtual component as well.
In keeping with traditions, this event will be supporting Boulder's Harvest of Hope Pantry with a donation from race proceeds. We are also asking all participants to kindly donate non-perishable packaged and canned foods on the morning of the event.

Due to COVID-19 concerns, the famous Pearl Street Mile will be moved to the Boulder Reservoir, BUT under a different format meeting all CDC and Boulder County Health guidelines. Please note, spots are limited and we are sorry that we will not be able to accommodate everyone.
Schedule -
8/10 - Elite Men, Elite Women, Elite Masters Men and Elite Masters Women.
To be eligible for USATF Colorado Open and Masters Prize Money, you MUST compete in the Elite Race.
8/12 - Age Category 50 - 59, 60 - 69, 70 - 79 and 80+
8/17 - Age Category Kids 12 and Under 800m and 13 - 19.
8/19 - Age Category 20 – 29, 30 - 39 and 40 - 49.
* There will only be a maximum of 20 runners per wave.
Order of Events Based On Registrations -

6pm Third Wave
6:30pm Fourth Wave
7pm Fifth Wave
7:30pm Sixth Wave
The event will once again serve as the USATF Colorado Championships and please note that this years event is ONLY for Colorado Residents.
