Welcome to the expanded 2023 Cookie Classic Run!
Expanded? Yes, this year sees the return of the Tagalong 10K! And new this year is our INCLUDED registration insurance benefit to protect you against issues such as inclement weather.
Since 2015, the Cookie Classic Run has been an annual event supporting the Girl Scouts of the Colonial Coast. With timed 1 mile, 5K, and 10K races, runners of all abilities can join us in supporting the Girl Scouts of the Colonial Coast while preparing for their 2023 race season. And if that wasn't SWEET enough, the Cookie Classic Run is the ONLY race in Hampton Roads where you get Girl Scout cookies ON the course DURING the race!
Your registration fee includes:
• Race timing
• Finisher medal for 10K & 5K, finisher patch for 1 mile
• Race T-shirt
• Surprise finisher prize for 10K & 5K participants

Each year, our family-friendly holiday run brings all ages, and even pets, to downtown Oklahoma City for a festive 5K. In 2020, the Santa Run went virtual and we are excited to welcome our runners back to our in-person race in Midtown in 2021.

The Bass Pro Shops Fitness Series Marathon Weekend, November 4-6, offers great races, fast courses and just the right amount of challenge. Our Expo will showcase over 50 Vendors. The Bass Pro Conservation Marathon, a Boston qualifier, is an excellent race for marathon veterans or first-time competitors looking for a great course and first class amenities. Runners and walkers from Missouri and the around the world will participate in the Bass Pro Conservation Marathon Weekend. The Cohick Half-Marathon is flat, fast and well supported. Both the full and half marathoners will run past Mother's Brewery, an added opportunity, close to mile five.
Conservation Marathon Relay runners will split the marathon distance into 10K, 5K, 10K, 5K and 12K legs. The relay exchange points are fun places for participants to wait for their leg of the race. The Conservation Marathon, Cohick Half-Marathon and Conservation Marathon Relay all start at 7 AM. The News-Leader 5K starts at 7:15 AM and takes place in the neighborhoods around Bass Pro Shops. The 5K has quite a few turns but is still a great course for a PR.
This weekend is daylight savings time so runners need to remember to set their clocks back an hour.
All races take place on Sunday, November 6th.
