Come swim and help us "never leave a man behind". The Annapolis Trident Swim is a 5k open water swim and fundraiser that supports the Navy SEAL Foundation (NSF), a 501(c)(3) with a coveted four star rating by Charity Navigator. 100% of net proceeds go directly to support the mission of the NSF. While $2000 is the ideal fundraising goal per swimmer, the majority of swimmers raise over that amount, many raise much more. If you continue on with registration, we ask that you bring that same effort of fundraising commitment as you could be taking the slot of a swimmer who has every intention of meeting or vastly exceeding that goal. If you're registering just to set a PR or check off a bucket list item, this may not be the swim for you. Please remember, THIS IS MORE THAN JUST A SWIM. Get ready to challenge yourself like never before at one of America's largest single-day road races: The Tour of the Battenkill! That's right, the annual "Queen of the Classics" returns to upstate New York on May 7, 2022, for an incredibly fun, all-inclusive, single-day cycling race and party. Though our name and superlatives are super cool, we earn them via our course and after party. Our event offers some of the best gravel riding in the country that takes you across covered bridges, scenic views, and over 5,000 feet of elevation gain. It's a spirited test of grit that will be celebrated in style with our rockin' after-party with a free beer garden (if 21+), live music, and food.
Though our Gran Fondo is our legendary distance, you now have three events to choose from: The legendary 75-mile Gran Fondo, a 42-mile Medio Fondo, and the 26-mile Piccolo Fondo. All are welcome to pick their distance, reserve their spot, and join the exclusive club of riders who can say they've ridden The Tour of the Battenkill.
