The 27th Annual Santa Sprint & Stroll is right around the corner!
This merry 5k Run/ Walk will benefit the work of United Crescent Hill Ministries and an event that The Courier Journal once called "more festive than the run-of-the-mill 5k," with both serious runners and holiday merrymakers.

Run/walk the 1 mile, the 4 mile, or both races with the double! The 4 mile course will wind out through downtown Milford, onto the beautiful Milford Trail and finish back on Main Street. Both the races start and finish on Main Street at the corner of Commerce road in downtown Milford as hundreds of spectators await the Annual Holiday Parade sponsored by the Huron Valley Chamber of Commerce. The parade after the race will feature dozens of floats, bands, and of course, Santa Claus!

KJ's 5k is a fun run/walk held on the natural surfaced trails at Portage Lakes State Park. The chip-timed run includes a t-shirt if registered by the deadline, medals for all finishers, prizes for First Second and Third place Adult male & female, and First Second and third for youth. There will also be prizes for the largest team, and the fastest team (calculated based on the top 5 finishers on each team).
This is a family friendly and pet-friendly event, so bring the kids and dog for a fun morning in nature.
The event is rain-or-shine. Because the 5k is completely off-road and on natural surfaced trails, crosses sand, and crosses several boardwalks, care must be taken on the trail, particularly after or during rain, and the course is difficult for strollers or people with limited mobility.
